FCRA says 7.5 years from DoFD. November of 2015 is actually a few months early *by FCRA* standards, but CRA's have lately been removing items at the 7 year mark rather than waiting the full 7.5 years. Keep calling and asking them to remove it based on it being 7 years from DoFD.
