Question about a CA reporting..

Asset Acceptance is on my CR's. I filed BK7 in 2006. On 2 of the CR's, Asset is reporting as collections but on one CR, it says $0, discharged thru BK7. I know I didn't list the OC as a creditor when I filed. Should I leave it be or what? This collection is past Tx SOL and is about to fall off next year.

Was the CA included with the BK?

No sir.  I've also DV'd Asset.

Was the DV recent? If so, I'd wait. Looks like they are misreporting, but in your favor (of sorts). I personally wouldn't remind them.

Yes, it was last week. Hope I didn't wake a sleeping giant.  At least the SOL has passed.  I would do a PFD but I hear they won't do it and I just don't wanna chance it.
