Hi all first post here,
I have been trying to get a loan to pay off the remainder of my arrears and keep getting denied due to the reporting on my child support account so I have been doing some research and think my rights are being violated but have not found much on my particular issue.
So for some back ground, I moved to another state (From Cali.) and I am wondering about original date of delinquincies on child support account. I had some arrears do to a very bad injury at work and had to move to another state (Or.) 7 years ago, so my account was transferred from Cali. to Or..
So my question is does the removal date change from Cali. DOD or does it become the transfer date to Oregon? Also I have missed no payments after the move and Or. has been reporting 180 days from day one and have had no luck with them reporting paid as agreed.
Also just discovered Or. has re-aged this account.
