Hello everyone, long time reader of these forums, first time posting.
I have a collection account which I set up a payment plan to pay off my balance. I'm a few months in but now when I try to log into my account on the collection agency's website, it tells me that account is no longer active. Should I wait and see if they take out my payment this month or should I call and find out whats going on?
I'm new to this whole collection thing so not sure if this has happened to someone before.

If that were me I would call them just to verify... all you need is for a non payment to happen and then you have to pay the full amount instead of the agreed settled amount.
