I realize this.
Why would the CRA choose not to use it and make an exlusion date on their own?
Isn't it possible, correct or not, that the OC reported that date as the same as the closed date?
thanks. TU seems to have an Online Dispute option, but it gives me errors. Is it worth exploring that or is snail mail (CRRR etc) the way to do this?
I would always use fax or snail mail over the online dispute. Include copies of your CR showing the TL.
thanks everyone
I'm going to +1 RobertEG on this one. The account can be reported to the CRAs, there's nothing against that and no time barring it's reporting. It is up to the CRA to exclude the TL due to it extending past the CRTP. This would be a case of disputing with the CRA.
