Question about paid judgements.....

I have two judgements that are paid but I have not gotten them released at courthouse yet and I have a tax warrant that will be paid off in the next month. My question is once they are all showing paid on my credit report will my fico go up at all?

As per my hubby's experience, no. What you will have to do is file a "motion to vacate judgment". If you google this you will find more info on how to do that. I filed one on April 16 and it was vacated on 4/30 so it can be done.

Vacating a judgment is rendering it null and void. I have been told it will remove it from your credit report upon dispute.
