Question about settling a judgement

I want to pay this thing off, is it too much to ask to settle for a percentage, 6 month time table, on payment and joining me in a motion to vacate upon fulfillment? Will they scoff at me lol

Re: Question about settling a judgement

I'd ask, but not expect them to agree. They have a court judgment demanding you pay them in full- so they probably will demand you pay in full. Negotiating time is over after you get the judgement IMHO.... I know, because I've tried!

Yeah I hear ya. It's a lawyer too, but he's not a come and hunt you down kind of lawyer. So I'm betting they make more money off me than selling it. Hmm
