Lets say I have a credit card and I'm late 30 days pay ok then 4 months later I am late enough to get the account charged off. Is the DOFD the first 30 day mark?
go to the date of that first statement that you stopped making ANY payments ...that would be your date.......so if you are late but pay that would not be it.....because you made a payment which restarts the date of delinquency
