Scanning back through the thread, I noticed a question regarding my prior reference to obtaining a full factual credit report under the provisions of FCRA 605(b).

FCRA 605B, with the emphasis on capital B, is the provision that relates to block of information due to identity theft.
The funny numberting resulted from the additiona of seciton 605B years after the enactment of original section 605.
