Please someone can you please let me know how i should proceed with this...
I have a car repo from 2009 that is reporting a $18,000.00 balance but received a call from the bank that they sold the car at the auction and the balance is showing at $12,000.00....should i dispute the amount with the CRA or send something over to the bank to send to the credit reporting agency to get corrected...please let me know how to go about this...they offered to settle the account for $9,000.00 i just want to make sure i'm doing this right
