Of all people my manager has confided in me about her credit history and asked me to help her fix/rebuild so she can purchase a house. She only has student loans she isn't paying on, and a car loan she had with Capital One, which was reposessed and she payed to get her car back and has continued to make on time payments since. Has anyone ever had any luck with a good will letter regarding an auto loan with capital one to either remove the late payments and or the repo from a report? I know they are willing to do it with credit cards.. Any help would be useful.
