So I've been working on my credit since Jan. I still have two pages full of negative reporting such as Charge Offs, Paid for less than full balance, and Paid collections. Everything is paid but should I send out GW's to try and get all the negatives off of my credit report? Will this make a difference in my scores?
Im trying to purchase a home by October of this year and NEED a 620-640.
Credit Card util is around 40% gonna get that to at least 10%
Scores now are EQ-573 EX-558 TU-573.......what else can I do to boost this up???
One simple word... ABSOLUTELY!
Payment does not remove the reporting of the occurence of the adverse item, and it still impacts your score.
CR deletion is the only way to get it removed from scoring.

Ok thanks. I sent out GW letters today. How long should I wait for a response? Or should I just send them out in two week increments?
Ok should I ask them to delete the accounts altogether or just delete the negatives?

Wait 30 days or so for a response. If none received, send another bunch.
Ask for the entire TL to be deleted unless it's still open (then as for the negative history to be deleted).
Whether it is beneficial to have the entire TL deleted would depend upon its age.
With deletion of the entire account, you will lose its age in your AAoA computation. That could help or hurt.
