Quick question.

Just wandering when someone says no "baddies" in the last 12 month,s, as far as qualifying for credit, or when your asked when was your most recent negative event, what date is taken into account: the actual date the account went delinqent or the date it was reported by a collection agency? All of my debts are over 4 years old, but some have been reported by collection agencies as recent as 2009. Just a little bit confused about how they are affecting my score. thanks.
