RE: timeline

How long do negative posts stay on your report?  From 2005, I have  1 account 1-30 day, and more from 2008. What about charge-off's? these are going on 5 years! My credit would skyrocket if they were gone. I have had no problems since my divorce in 2008 !

Re: RE: timeline

Lates will stay on your report for 7 years from the time they occurred.

Charge off/collection accounts report for 7.5 years from the date of first delinquency ( DOFD ).

Have you tried sending goodwill ( GW ) requests to your creditors asking them to remove the negatives from your reports ?
