I am in the middle of rebuilding my credit. I have a old apt debt of $1899.00 from 2009. I would like to send a PFD but my state SOL has not passed. Does anyone think that it would be a good idea to PIF or send a GW. I do not want to pay the whole thing because it is mostly late fees and I really want it deleted. What should I do?
