REPOSSESSION DEFICIENCY--FLORIDA

Can anyone give me advice on how to dispute a repo deficiency?

I live in Florida and according to Florida law, the property has to be sold in a commercial reasonable manner and the creditor must notify the debtor of the sale. I never received any notice and the property was sold at less than 50% of its then-value.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!
