I had a collection from RGS Financial for Cox Communications on my Experian report. I sent a DV letter to the address listed on my credit report. Less than a month later it was deleted and I haven't heard anything else from them. The same address should be fine for a goodwill letter. They also have a website that has contact info. Just search Google.
