Hi everyone,
Long story short, had my Wachovia bank account overdraft a few years back, paid the account after being sent to RJM this spring while trying to get a new lease on life. I've been lurking here for a while now, and you all have been tremendously helpful whether you know it or not!
To the point of the post, shot off two e-mails later last night to contacts listed in another thread, and woke up this morning with a response and downloadable PDF stating that the account has been PAID IN FULL and an update will be sent to TU and EX instructing them to DELETE the TL! 
This is my first successful GW after being turned away by Sallie Mae, so once again, thank you all!
