I emailed a PFD letter and got a response back agreeing, but in their response, they state that they will delete from TransUnion and Experian, and left Equifax off. Is there a reason for this or should I respond and ask them to include Equifax into their wording? Thanks in advance.

They may not report to Equifax. Have you checked your CR?

They only report to the two you listed. I have dealt with them recently and if you look at your credit reports you will notice they only use the two for some reason.

Yep, they don't report to EQ.  I thought it was an error long time ago also
