If you call them, they will set up a PFD with you. I just did this with them over the phone, they emailed/mailed me a letter stating that it would be removed from CR's once paid. They are very easy to work with on these things.

RJM is fantastic to work with. I offered them a settlement offer in exchange for PFD and at that time they accepted my offer and I also stated when I would pay the settlement off (as I couldn't just do one lump sum). RJM gracious agreed, sent me an email with the settlement terms, a regular letter via USPS mail with it, and that way that.

I ended up being able to pay it off earlier, so now I am just awaiting them to delete the tradeline from TU & Experian. They said it takes roughly 30 days, so now I wait. I think maybe they only update once a month, so that may be what I am waiting for? Not sure of the turnaround on that.

But regardless, they are awesome to deal with.

I just recieved the contact info on Saturday from one of the members and sent an email address to the contact person and Success!  I just checked my email this morning and received two letters for the two collection accounts I had paid off.  Both of them stating that they are notifying TU and EX to delete the records.  Very happy day!!

That is odd, they were my "favorite" CA to deal with when cleaning up the mess my ex left me. I would say, don't offer to PIF straight away, I have had them accept offers as low as 15% to delete. Good luck!
