I would just email them again. I have read that RJM almost always agrees to PFDs. Also, make sure they mail to you an agreement in writing saying they will delete. Sometimes I hear, they will also attach to an email, but definitely have it in writing. These people tried to trick me today into paying without them deleting by lying and telling me they were not reporting on my credit.
