I should buy a lottery ticket because it's my lucky day!! I had 3 collections with RJM for a total of 310.00 I sent them three PFD letters (one for each account) last November. I never heard back from them and finally called today to see if they would work with me over the phone, I got this SUPER NICE guy on the phone who told me that all three accounts had been written off and reported as deleted to the credit bureaus as a courtesy in January!!! He said my reports must have not been updated with the info yet!! Has any one ever heard of this happening??
