Rd 5 Verizon - another GW rejection

Verizon Wireless FEDEX'd me a letter today.  Again, the stated that all future correspondence will not generate a response from them.  Funny thing is, well the last letter they sent me said the same thing.  But then they send this new letter which is clearly a response to my correspondence.  Time to triple my efforts.

You just made my day with that. I got into a similar situation before concerning a ghost account which I was being billed for but had nothing to do with. First arguing over the phone till the point the guy on the other end called me a pest and possibly blocked my number. Then when I started writing to them, they called again and threatened me with a "strongly worded letter of response". The only other letter I got from them after that was an upgrade offer. These guys are buts I tell you.

This is great.  They used FedEx? How much money are they going to spend saying "No"?

I've tried everything. Ill post a pic of the letter later. Typos and poorly drafted again (just like other one). They really scape the bottom of the barrel for their "executive relations" staff.
