Really dumb DV question here

Am I suppose to put the OC's name in the part that it says "the Original Creditor"

Signed credit application between myself and the Original creditor
• Copies of all signed vouchers from the date account was opened until default
• Copies of all statements from the date account opened until default
• Proof of the statute of limitations
• Proof of agreement that you were hired by the Original creditor (creditor as defined by the FDCPA) or

I just left it as "Original Creditor" as well ,and as far as the Certified Mail number  the post office placed a strip with the Certified Mail number, on the letter! Second time i sent CMRRR i just wrote it in!
 
By the way is anyone opting for the email notification to let you know who signed for the letter? Instead of receiving green card you receive an email
 
I think its more convenient because you can save the email, access it anytime!

I did, but I went to the PO and picked up some CM labels and GC and filled it all out at home.
