Reapply for capital one

I have burnt bridges with capital one and other banks like orchard. These cards were charged off but have now been paid in full (no settlement) Do you think I could reapply for a card with them? Even a secured card would be great. I applied for a secured card with capital when I was still in a payment plan on my charged off card and I was declined because of my history with them. Now that its paid do you think I have a shot?

Re: Reapply for capital one

Capital 1 tends to be a very forgiving bank, but I would probably allow more time.  If it is already reflecting on your reports, maybe try BOA, Wells Fargo, or maybe even join a credit union. That way it will be a single inquiry instead of 1 to all three CRAs.
