Here is a rundown of what I have, I am GW the three bad areas. My question is, is there anything else I can/should do?
The Wells Fargo Home Mortgage is closed (Home was sold in July of this year, I paid the FP charge off earlier this month, and Sallie Mae is in deferrment since Feb 2009. My OpenSky limit was just increased to $1000 from $500 this week. Should I just give it time and let the cards age some more (I know they are not good cards lol). Thanks a bunch guys!

When were the lates for the mortgage? If older than a couple of years old, then you wouldn't have a FICO impact if removed. In fact, because of the 180-day reporting and the FP which would have updated within the past month, I don't think you'd see any FICO improvement on those 30s even if removed and recent. Personally, I would shy away from those out of fear that WF deletes the entire TL as opposed to the lates only. It does happen from time to time. I'd keep GWing the other two though.
The CLIs won't help your FICO score any because of your $0 balances.
Let the accts age. They are very new and are a FICO drain.
I agree with llecs, those lates on the mortgage probably aren't hurting, I'd worry about the other two. Also, you have plenty of revolving, just garden what you have and GW the 2 baddies, you should do just fine. Good Luck.
The WF lates were from Feb 2011 and June of this year. Also, the FP account hasn't updated yet and is factoring into my utilization I believe (I am still holding out hope that I can get it removed completely). Sallie Mae is pain in the hind end to communicate with. I also just got a judgment removed last week, so I am hoping that helps as well.
Any baddie removed, especially a judgement is good.
I'm waiting until Feb to do anything, at that point the two youngest accounts will have reached the 6 month mark
I was thinking about closing the Macy's card, I have been stuck at $100 limit since I've gotten it, and I am also upping the deposit on the OpenSky account to $1500 next month. Someone's thought on the Macy's card?
Call them and say you want to cancel and when they ask why, tell them about the lack of CLI's. See if that motivates them. If you've had the same card for 28 months without an increase and they wouldn't give me one, I'd close it.

That's what I was thinking about doing. It wouldn't really affect my utilization since it's only a $100 limit
