Well as of yesterday I started another journey of trying to rebuild I started emailing, faxing and sending letters out PFD and GW after sending them out yesterday I received a phone call from the EO at capital one the women asked me so questions about the GW I faxed and emailed too them and asked me why I had a three late payments and I was straightforward with her. After about 15 minute conversation with her she said okay we usually don't take lates of but she would look into the account and get back too me sometime Tuesday. So hopefully everything will fall into place for me and get them removed.
