If you're on the fence with your scores, I'd suggest applying in-store. Makes it easy for them to verify your ID and the last thing you want is to be declined because of a simple verification issue.

True but can't apply in store. after I submitted an online app

Just give it a few months and if you think your scores are worthy re-apply in-store. I was declined twice on-line in the last year.

No he said he applied online and got the 7-10 notice that will be mailed to him.

Oh yeah, I read it as "but it did work in store" ......not "but did it work in store" .....thinking he went to the store after the online submission.
