I am helping my wife rebuild her credit at the same time we do mine. She has very little on her report. It includes 4 accounts, 2 of which i would like advice and 2 of which are medical bills.
The 2 I would like help with are:
Elan Financial Services (Credit Card)
DOFD is 6/13
1000 Limit
1172 Balance
Reporting 2 years in collections and 8 late payments before that.
Navient (Student Loan)
DOFD 10/15
6742 Balance
755 Past due
135 Monthly Payment
Reporting 4 lates in 5 years
What is the best way to handle these 2 accounts? any help would be great!
Also the SOL is 7 Years in AZ

Try for GW letter after getting balance current.

BTW, SOL in AZ is 6 years but with as new as these are, for the most part it is irrelevant right now.
Thank you for the information, how would a rehab help in regards to the student loan?
