Receivable recovery medical collections...anyone have luck with this company?

Have two collections(one paid) from 2009 from receivable recovery llc. I have written with PTD several times with no response, just seems to have prompted them calling me daily for payment (don't recall every getting any call from them until a week after first letter I sent). Has anyone ever had any luck with this company? I owe $73 and it is a valid bill, was going to pay in full but I am concerned it may lower my score initially an I am trying to raise my score to 700(currently 664) so I can refinance. Any suggestions?

Look up the HIPPA process. You should be able to PIF the OC and get it deleted that way. Good luck!
