I'm afraid to contact them and find out why they would send me a check. Should I contact an attorney?
Did you receive any other correspondence like class action or settlement info? Did you ever pay them anything?
I personally would be afraid to deposit it out of fear they would have my banking info if I did. I'd probably cash it.
