Has anyone had any success obtaining a goodwill letter from FMCC. I had a loan from them that I paid off in 2007 for a conversion van. Over the course of the 5 year loan, I had 3 30 lates. It was right in the middle of when Michigans economy really went to pot and my hours at work had been cut and I was scrambling to down size my household expenses. Sadly I was late on my payment 3 times in 6 months while I was figuring everything out. How easy is it to get them to GW the lates. Thanks.
