Part of the email I received from Capitol One, thought I was going to be successful in my very first attempt to fix my credit report.but NO. Do I just keep emailing the same GW letter or keep calling until I get someone that will take mark off my report? My first call the lady said that they report to the credit agency paid in full but won't take it off report as collections, paid in full.

I would keep calling and sending the letter.   Can't hurt.

I had my baddies removed by Cap 1 with a phone call to their account specialist department (phone number listed in the "backdoor numbers" section on the forum).  I sent a lot of GW letters with no success but 2 calls got the baddies removed.  I would keep calling until successful.  Good luck.
