Related Midland Question

I have a question related to this thread, but sufficiently tangential that I thought it should be separated from this thread:

According to this thread (link above) and pursuant to FTC order (link at end of post), all Aspire Visa-related TLs are to be removed from each of the 3 CRA reports. How does one go about requesting this deletion? I would really appreciate if someone with this sort of experience could post or PM a sample letter they used to successfully get their Aspire account deleted from the CR. I assume that once the OC TL is deleted, I can then contact Midland and have their entries purged as well.

You write the CA a letter and include pages of the rulings that covers that card and a copy of your CR showing it is listed and ask them to remove it per the FTC ruling.

Should I wait for Aspire to remove their entry before contacting the CA?

Does anyone have a good address for Aspire?

I would go ahead and send it to Midland.  I have read a couple of posts where they refused and they needed some additional "help" removing it.
