Released Judgement Question

When I turned 18 in 2004 I got a credt card for Chase and maxed it out and didn't pay it. Well in 2009 Midland Funding won a judgement against me bc I didn't know what to do so I just did nothing. One day I was searching probate records for our local county and noticed that it said the judgement had been released in 2011. I recently disputed the judgement on my 3CR and got them all deleted. I am new to this whole process so I am wondering what does the judgement release mean? Is there a chance they could add it back to my CR later?

Re: Released Judgement Question

So did it get paid through garnishment?  If it's paid then the odds of it reappearing are very slim.

Re: Released Judgement Question

No, I didn't pay it. I didn't do anything. but hasn't it reached sol by now or would the judgement change the timeframe?
