Very excited about this! I can't call it a PFD because I didn't negotiate one or even attempt to. I paid this off before I knew PFD was something to try.
I had a collection through this company dating back to 2013 for about $85. On or around March 23rd, I called and paid the account. I hadn't received any correspondence from them and acted after pulling my report for the first time.
During the call, I asked if I would receive a letter stating this was resolved and the agent told me it would take 30 days. Received my CK notification today and it has been wiped off!
I have another paid collection that is still updating as paid and one more that I will pay and they will delete. Not a bad morning in the world of rebuilding!
