Removed Collection

Just wanted to thank everyone on these boards and share that I'm 2 for 3 on getting collections removed from my TU and EX reports. I had no idea what GW letters were and found out about PFD after I paid all my collections. I'm still going to keep trying with Midland even though I know it's an uphill battle. Thanks again!

That is great news, great job!! Keep hounding them, you might just get lucky.

To remove a collection first you have to pay it. Then you ask for a letter to delete it off the credit report. Make sure you triplicate that letter to all 3 bureaus.
