Removed as AU from account...possible effect?

I called and removed myself as an AU on my wife's Chase account. My reasoning is that the card has an extremely high UTI, around 85%. I recently was approved for two new CCs so the amount of available credit won't suffer too much and I've basically just went from 87% UTI to below 20% UTI.

I know there are all kinds of other factors but do you guys think I'll see any type of bump based on the new UTI when it gets reported?

It shouldn't effect my AAoA too much either.

Re: Removed as AU from account...possible effect?

The major effect is that the score that is now produced can be used by others to assess your actual risk.

That is not the case when you have an account of another included in your scoirng, as a potential creditor canno back-out the impact of an AU and produce a score that represents your own risk.
