I'm sorry this happened. I have gone through this with one nonmedical collection (Pinnacle credit). They were deleted, then they popped back showing a $1 payment then a decrease of $1 in balance then showed a $0
balance then added back the full amount after I had my dispute comment removed (they added the comment back). I've given up. It's due to fall off this next year and my scores are going up enough.
