I have a Judgement for $612 from "UNIFUND CCR PARTNERS" with a status of "pending" and date 7/2006 on my EQ report. TU and EX have both been disputed and removed. I know 100% that this does not belong to me, yet when I tried disputing with EQ, they verified it with the court. Should I A) call the court B) call the CA C) write a lellter, if so to whom? Any help is appreciated
