Removing medical collections

I was wondering why the HIPAA process worked immediately for some people and not for others? I am about to embark on this process and would appreciate any advice!!!!

Re: Removing medical collections

From my understanding, the HIPPA process is becoming less effective.  The CAs are adapting to it's process.

Re: Removing medical collections

The HIPPA process worked because of the information that was sent to the CAs.  They've now watered down the info so the information is not in violation.
