Hi - I have a 30 day late fee on 2 accounts -- one late is 6.2 years old and the other is 6.5 years old. I've disputed them in the past but the late payments are verified. Is there a way to request the credit bureaus to remove them based on age, or do I need to wait the full 7 years?

30 days late at 6 years is barely, if at all, hurting your score. After 2 years they are pretty meaningless.

I agree that after this amount of time single 30 day lates are not much concern but if you did want to try and get them removed early only the creditor can do that not a CRA.

You can do the same thing with hard work
