Or well, hoping to have one by the end of summer! I e-mailed a place I'm interested in and they say you need a credit score of 560+ so I'm in luck but my question is, when they run my credit is that a hard pull or a soft pull?

That's a Hard Pull from my experience... Maybe someone else's experience might be different...
