Repayment Agreement and SOL

Does a repayment agreement reset the SOL?  If the account was never brought current, but EX reports "closed", does the DOFD change to the closed status date?  Somewhat confused....

Re: Repayment Agreement and SOL

Arrangements could restart the SOL depending on your state laws.

The DoFD is the date of first delinquency and never changes.  So, no, it will not change to the date closed.
