Repo from 2008 reported 120 days late 4/2011!?!

My husband has a repo on his CR from 2008, there was a 120 late mark put on the CR June 2008 and April 2011!!! Why was there a 120 late remark put on there in 2011?! 3 years after it was repo'd?!

should this be disputed? because clearly we were not 120 days late 3 years after the damn car was repo'd!!!

There was probably a balance left after it was solf

It was sold in 2009... the remaining balance was $7405, it reported ok each month in 2009, and 2010, then all of a sudden in april 2011, it reported 120 days late.

If it isn't paid they can report a recent late.  If it is paid they cannot report a recent late.
