Repo reporting late?

Just wanted to see if it is legal or allowed or what have you for a repo from 5 years ago to report a 90 day late payment as recent as 5 months ago. We are not set up to be making payments etc. it is through the OC not a CA. It's been years since there's been activity then bam, 90 day late reported in march, nothing since...

If it isn't paid, yes, they could report lates every month.

I agree, the OC can report lates on an unpaid debt any time up till it's paid or is excluded due to the CRTP.
