Hi guiness56 and RobertEG.
The last excerpt came from my Experian File, which shows the account was paid and is now closed. The original TL details I provided were from Equifax, whom I submitted an online dispute about 5 days ago. I know it is pretty early on the 30-day guideline for the OC to respond to the CRA, but I also figured the company (Americredit/GMFInancial) should take steps to correct mis-reported information (Current Status/Coding,etc).
I've made two telephone calls, but have been directed to dispute the information with CRA (1st) and the 2nd CS representative said there was nothing that they needed to change... Go figure.
I don't see in the EQ TL where it is being reported as 120 late. It does not show closed, which if it is paid, should.
As for the DoFD, what the EQ TL shows is the date first major delinquency was reported which was 11/08. That is totally different from Date of First Delinquency.

I see it now. No, it is not reporting correctly.
Go ahead and do a direct dispute with the furnisher under FCRA 623a(8). They will have to investigate and fix errors and report their finds to you.
I was going to say wait for the CRAs to complete the dispute process but they probably only use eOscar and will verify it.
