Reporting false late payments

I have 17 late payments through ally financial on my credit report and I just went through my bank and statements from ally and found that 10 of them were under 30 days late. My question is how do I go about getting these fixed? Do I send this to Ally or do I dispute it to the credit bureaus ?

I'd talk to Ally first and as soon as they are working on it go ahead and dispute with the Bureaus.

It is always best to submit a Direct Dispute with the OC since the resolutionwill be reported to all 3 CB's.

+1.  I would dispute with the OC as well.  Provide them with the documents as to why you believe some of the late payments were less than 30 days.  Good luck
