Hey,
I paid off a Synchrony charge off (via convergent outsourcing) on 1-30-15. Both the CA and the corporate secretary that denied my goodwill confirmed that the account is paid off however it's still carrying a full balance on my Experian CR as of today. How long should this take to update to ZERO?
Should I file a dispute with the bureaus ? Synchrony / GE's ombudsman? Should I bother that corporate secretary again?

It will typically update the same time of the month you used to get your statement cut. I would just wait till at least 30 days has passed, they use the electronic e-oscar system so once they report it they should all be noted within 3-5 business days.
