Repossession from 08 looks like it's showing as late ?

I have a repo on my report and it looks like I am late every month since they got it back in 2008 - or am I reading it wrong ?

That is correct. They can report every month tul the CRTP expires. Usually they don't show any more than 120+ days late and just update every month. The reporting is right.

+1

Their reporting could actually have been a lot worse.

They could have also reported the 30/60 lates that preceded its status as being 90-late, and could have continued to report escalating delinquencies in subsequent months up to 180+ late.  They apparently decided to stop excalating of reporting when they did a repo.

I would suggest leaving it alone, as any dispute of their reporting could very well result in their addition of a slew of both lesser and greater monthly delinquencies.

Thank you, guys. Wow, this is a horrible situation. I have 2 more years to wait it out. It is a hard lesson learned.
